Act I – Forged in Many Fires
I was shaped by many hands—elders, teachers, mentors, and the rich inner world of stories. Raised in a constellation of characters, I learned grit early and came to see life as a forge: equal parts hammer, heat, and heart.
Act II – Building a Life of Meaning
Driven to prove myself, I left school early, later earning multiple graduate degrees and founding Bay Consulting Group. For over 30 years, I worked with thousands of leaders across 300+ organisations in ten countries. That journey demanded a lot—and gave even more: enduring partnerships, honest feedback, deep friendships, and the privilege of witnessing transformation in others. Starting a family was my great unexpected teacher—opening me, softening me, grounding me.
Act III – The Turn Toward Soul
Now, I coach from a deeper place. My focus is on the inner work that sustains the outer world. I’ve shifted from strategy to soul—from fixing systems to freeing selves. People tend to open up to me. I ask the real questions. I help people and leaders reconnect to what matters, make meaning from complexity, and take-action toward a brighter next chapter.

Alchemy Development Partners provides depth coaching, archetypal guidance, and leadership development for individuals seeking personal growth, transformation, and greater alignment with their purpose and potential.
We help people author a brighter new chapter | Change your story – Change your life – One character at a time.
As a Depth Coach, I offer a reflective and developmental process that draws from:
- Depth psychology principles
- Archetypal frameworks (including Archetypes at Work and other models)
- Narrative transformation
- Leadership and personal development methodologies
- Creative inquiry, guided reflection, and symbol work
What I offer
- A collaborative coaching relationship focused on personal insight, growth, and action
- Space to explore life transitions, identity evolution, personal myths, and inner archetypes
- Support in developing greater self-awareness, purpose clarity, and leadership presence
- Practices for integrating new insights into life and leadership
What this is not
- This is not counselling, psychotherapy, or clinical treatment
- I do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions
- I do not provide services that would be defined as psychological counselling under AHPRA standards, or therapeutic intervention under Australian mental health legislation
When referral may be appropriate
- If a client presents with mental health concerns such as significant anxiety, depression, trauma, or other clinical issues, I will recommend seeking the support of a registered psychologist, counsellor, psychiatrist, or other appropriate professional
- I maintain a network of trusted mental health practitioners and can assist with referral where appropriate

- I engage in ongoing professional development and supervision appropriate to my field of practice: coaching | leadership development | archetypal guidance
